Programme Outline
This programme is designed as an extra contact added into the players weekly training cycle.
There are two core areas the programme is designed to work on
- Developing a strong relationship with the ball, this will be done through ball mastery techniques.
- Development of the core skills in the junior framework. Players will run through a curriculum which focus’ on developing the junior football core skills
The programme is designed for any female players who want to develop their football fundamentals while working with likeminded players
When and where
Mondays during term time, 5:30pm start. Becroft Park, 8A Becroft Drive, Forrest Hill.
