About the Rovers Junior Skill Centre
Following the rebranding of PAC to Rovers Skill Centre and Ben Ruffell's appointment as our Skill Centre Manager, we are pleased to offer this Term 4 programme. The new name aligns us with best-practice development frameworks and clearly defines the focus of this age group. Specifically tailored for skill acquisition, our programme is the ultimate launching pad for football development. We focus on refining key skills and boosting confidence, preparing players for their exciting football journey ahead. These expertly designed sessions aim to enhance and elevate a player's development alongside their community football activities.
Our Dual Focus
Under Ben Ruffell's leadership, the programme's focus remains twofold: elevating our Talent Pathway with a highly structured, technically rigorous programme for players progressing toward TDP and beyond, and inspiring players of all abilities, social and competitive alike, to become the best version of
themselves.
Open to All Players
At Northern Rovers FC, we are committed to nurturing talent right here in Auckland. Our Skill Centre is open to all Grade 8-13 footballers, regardless of their club registration, because we believe in fostering growth at the grassroots for every aspiring player.
Programme Details
- Eligibility: Grades 7-12
- Duration: 8 weeks, 12 October to 4 December
- Cost: $95 per player
- Days: Mondays and Fridays
- Venue: Becroft Park
- Times: To be confirmed, subject to number of registered players
