We are excited to announce that Northern Rovers FC and Auckland FC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate in the youth development space, and enhance our current Talent Development Program (TDP).

This partnership brings together the strengths of both clubs to provide an elevated development pathway for young players. Through shared resources, coaching expertise, and enhanced training opportunities, we will work together to support the growth of youth talent and help each player reach their full potential. In 2025, Auckland FC will have a Development Centre, which will feature dedicated training programmes and resources for identified players from both boys and girls TDP competitions.

The MOU underscores both clubs' commitment to investing in the future of football by fostering an environment that emphasises skill development, game intelligence, and a passion for the sport. We look forward to seeing the impact of this partnership on our youth players as they progress through the TDP and beyond.
