Junior Competitive Pathway Teams Announcement
Following an extensive 3 week process at our Mondy and Friday Pre-Academy (PAC) sessions we are pleased to advise the below teams have been put together for the Competitive Pathway players.
As a reminder all players are committed to a twice weekly PAC session under the direction of our Director of Football and his coaches as well as Saturday games with the coaches.
Core Principles

Pathways for Growth: We provide clear opportunities for players to transition between social and competitive streams or vice versa, as their aspirations and abilities evolve.
Community Values: Our club is a place to develop character, teamwork, and respect, both on and off the field.
Uniform
All players are required to wear the offical club uniform, a playing shirt, club shorts and socks. All of these items are available on our online club shop, or via our new shop opening 22 March at McFetridge Park. A limited number of second hand shirts are still available from the tuck shop at Becroft Park on a Monday and Friday evening from 4.30-6.30pm.
Look out for our new club shop opening 22 March where you can come in and try before you buy. All apparel styles and sizes will be on display and available to purchase. We will also be running a pop up shop on Moday 17 March at Becroft clubrooms, for all your seasons on and off field requirements
Working Bee and Volunteers
Northern Rovers FC is a community based club and cannot survive without its volunteer base, if you think you have something to offer, a skill or some time please get in touch with us as without you, we cannot survive. For more information head over to our Volunteers Page fo more information.
The 2025 Pre-season Working Bee is happening this weekend, Saturday 8 March, so come on down to either Becroft Park or McFetridge Park to lend a hand or two.
Season Dates
The official NRF season kicks off on Saturday 5 April and will run until the last weekend of August. There will be no games on the middle week of school holidays, nor will there be games on the long weekends of Kings Birthday and Matariki. PAC will not run during the first week of school holidays however it will recommence during the second week. We do not control the draw, this is done by NRF and will be available once they release it.

Managers
Following his announcement we will be sending an email to each team requesting a manager to please come forward as the single point of conact for the club and the players/parents. You will be required to assist the coaches to ensure all off fiel matters are taken care of and all players/parents are aware of where and when their games will be on Saturdays.

Please find below the competitive pathway teams for Grades 9-12 below. We understand there will be some disappointment as we look to match like minded and similar abilities together however please note all players will be training together during the week.
